How does Nordgate actually charge?
One revenue share is applied to each completed sale, and that is the whole price. There is no setup fee and no monthly platform fee, so you only pay once money has settled.
Why are there no published price tiers?
A flat public tier would over-charge some sellers and under-serve others. We quote one rate that reflects your volume, mix of markets, and payment methods, then fix it in the contract.
What does the revenue share include?
Everything on the platform: payments across 90+ methods, subscriptions and dunning, tax calculation and filing, fraud scoring and dispute handling, and buyer support. There are no separate line items to add on.
Do you charge extra for refunds or chargebacks?
No. Refunds are netted from settled revenue and chargebacks are fought on your behalf, with the liability on us. Neither is re-billed as a fee.
Does the rate change as we grow?
Yes, in your favor. Higher settled volume moves you to a lower share, and we agree the steps up front so there are no surprises when you scale.
Are there annual minimums or lock-in?
There are no minimums and no usage meters. You can launch, pause a market, or wind down without a penalty buried in the contract.
